Mr. Sucre is based in Washington, DC and is the Regional Coordinator for Latin America & Asia, at the World Bank Global Gas Flaring Reduction Partnership (GGFR) . He has played a key role in coordinating international field measurement opportunities for Dr. Johnson and his team in both Ecuador and Mexico, and has coordinated several Global Forums on gas flaring, most recently in Russia in Sept. 2015. Mr. Sucre recently presented high-level results of the Network team’s work to the US State Department, the latter of which is currently chairing the Arctic Council. He will bring his leadership and international involvement in the global flaring reduction community to the Board as its international member.
