Md Mahbub Hossain
M.Sc. Candidate, 2019
FlareNet HQP: Sept 2017 - December 2019
Current Status: Research Assistant, FlareNet at the University of Western Ontario
Thesis Topic: Effect of turbulence on a jet in cross flow
Mahbub Hossain is currently a Mechanical Engineering M.Sc. student at the University of Western Ontario. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) in Bangladesh. Mahbub is working on Theme 3 of the FlareNet Network in the Boundary Layer Wind Tunnel (BLWT) at Western University. The focus of his research is to perceive a coherent relationship among wind speed, turbulent length scale, turbulence intensity, jet diameter and their effect on burning of fuel.
