Johannes Emmert is a PhD student at the Institute for Reactive Flows at Technische Universität Darmstadt, in Germany. Johannes has been collaborating on data spectroscopy and Bayesian inference research with FlareNet Professor Kyle Daun under Theme 5 and is a visiting researcher at the University of Waterloo (fall 2019). Johannes obtained his M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering at Technische Universität Darmstadt.
Research Interests: Optical spectroscopy, sparse/limited data spectroscopy and Bayesian inference
